Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
Handle room reservations and inquiries
Answer phone calls and emails professionally
Provide information about resort services and amenities
Maintain accurate guest records and transactions
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
Qualifications
At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level
With or without experience
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge
Honest, responsible, and presentable
